The product must be in the original condition, undamaged and include all parts shipped. Refunds are contingent upon inspection at the time of return. If you have received a product which is damaged or that has been incorrectly shipped please contact Customer Service at 888.862.6742 or service@totalmedicalcompliance.com within 30 days for a store credit or cash refund. No refunds or store credits will be provided after a 30 day period. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless TMC was in error. Credit Card purchases will be refunded by credit card in 3-5 business days after return is received. Bank Account purchases will be refunded back to the bank account up to 10 business days after return is received. |
